Cassandra and her team are exceptionally clear, knowledgeable, and efficient when discussing options or filing a claim. Last month, my husband's car needed a new windshield, and the phone call took less than five minutes to report and set-up a schedule for repair. When we first met with Cassandra to review auto and home insurance needs, we were impressed that she didn't push us to buy more than we needed, but listened to our concerns and gave us her best advice based on experience. Since then, I've appreciated her quick communication - even if just to say, "Good to hear from you. I've received your message and will respond in a couple hours after finishing up an appointment." I never knew how much I would appreciate having a go-to person rather than a call center when it comes to insurance, but I will never go back. Especially as State Farm's prices beat many competitors anyway! Cassandra is trustworthy and honest; thus, please let us highly recommend her.
